1. Where are picnics hosted?
Picnics can be setup anywhere there is enough space, such as a park, backyard, in the home, hotels, or event spaces.
2. Are food or drinks included?
Clients can provide their own meals and drinks. Catering is also available as an add-on. For more info, please inquire during consult.
3. Are themes/color schemes priced differently?
You may choose any of the current themes to go with your package at no additional charge. Prices are based on the number of guests and add-ons. Check out our gallery for available themes.
4. Do you offer custom themes & larger events?
Yes! Consultation required for custom themes and larger parties.

5. How do I book an event?
Submitting an inquiry form on our Plans & Pricing page is the fastest way to book. However, we also welcome phone calls/texts at (423)414-4142. Once we know your needs, we will email you to confirm booking. Your date will be secured after the first payment is made.
6. Are payment arrangements available?
Yes, if booked in advance, payments can be arranged. The date is secured once the first payment is made. If booking the week of, payment is required at booking. Full payment is required prior to day of event.

7. What payment options are available?
We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, ACH(bank transfer). Payments are securely processed.

8. What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of my picnic?
We can reschedule or move the picnic to an indoor location of your choice.

We also partner with local businesses to offer vendor services, such as luxury inflatables, balloon garlands, floral arrangements, photography, event spaces and catering at your request.
